To demostrate how concentrations of trace pollutates are transported, affecting air quality and health.

TEACHING NOTES / CONTEXT FOR USE
Ozone is produced naturally high up in the atmosphere. This layer of ozone in the stratosphere protects us from ultaviolet sunlight. However, ozone is toxic to plants and humans.This simulation demostrates how ozone is transported by wind and mixes with urban pollution. This could be used to study atmospheric chemistry and climate change and effects on human health.
