Otis Brown - Dr. Otis Brown is the founding Director of the NOAA Cooperative Institute for Climate and Satellites (NC) in Asheville, NC, associated with the National Climatic Data Center, which is hosted by NC State University. He is a tenured professor at the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science, University of Miami and is also an adjunct professor at North Carolina State University and the University of Maryland.
