Interviews with native Inuits in which they convey their impression of climate change impact on their native lands, culture and means of subsistence.

GOALS

To provide primary research material for anyone investigating climate change in the Arctic from an indigenous perspective.

TEACHING NOTES / CONTEXT FOR USE

This video may function as a field of primary research in any classroom scenario. It lends itself as a means of the instructor being able to evaluate how well her students interpret first hand narratives. This particulary provided a good vehicle for an instructor to evaluate how aware students are of their own bias at play in their research.
